Ringer Rule: No teams registering may have more than 4 players of experience level: "Intermediate Club / Experienced College (4)" or higher to ensure fair league competition.

discretion, teams may be asked to either split up or move to the Co-ed Competitive League, in order to keep teams in the recreational
l league fairly even.

Competition Format: 7-on-7 (4 men & 3 women) with games to 15 points. Rules based on UPA’s 11th Edition Rules. Games will follow a Round Robin format of 12 teams divided into separate pools followed by bracket play. This league is intended to foster a high level of competition.
Registration Options: Participants may register as a Team, Small Group, or Individual. Women may participate in the Men’s League, however teams will not be required to match the gender ratio of the opposing team.

All players must register separately regardless of whether they are registering as an Individual, part of a Small Group or Team. All players are asked to rank themselves fairly. League Directors have the right to adjust any experience or skill ratings if they have knowledge of the player and believe the player misrepresented themselves.
All players must sign a waiver BEFORE they play
All players must pay BEFORE they play and all payments will be collected the first day of league. If a player plays without paying his/her registration fees, their team will forfeit their game.
All players must play within the Spirit of the Game), and gross violations of this rule may result in the player being dismissed from the league.
Individual Registration
Players may register individually. Individual players will be assigned by league organizers to teams with other individuals, small groups, or teams.
Small Group Registration
Players may register with one to three other players in a Small Group to ensure that all players in the Small Group will be assigned to the same team. For Co-ed leagues the group must not contain more than two male or more than two female players. To register as a Small Group, please designate one member of the Small Group as the primary contact person and have all other members list the primary contact person as their Buddy on the registration form.
Team Registration
To register as a Team, a designated captain must submit a roster of at least 12 players to the league directors by the Team Registration Deadline. All Team members must also register individually by the Team Registration Deadline listing the captain as their buddy. A Team is not considered registered until all of the above requirements are fulfilled.
Team registrations for Co-ed Leagues must have a minimum of 5 players of each gender.
Only the first 4 complete Team registrations for 6 team leagues (Monday & Tuesday) will be accepted, with the remaining team slots to be comprised of Individual or Small Group registrants. Only the first 8 complete Team registrations for 12 team leagues (Thursday) will be accepted, with the remaining team slots to be comprised of Individual or Small Group players.
Selection Format:
Individuals and Small Groups players will be assigned teams by the League Directors with an effort made to keep all teams equal. Teams that register correctly will play together, however, depending on the number of registrations, Individual or Small Group players may be added to the team. Teams that are not complete at the close of the sign-up period may be split apart at the discretion of the League Directors to keep the league teams as equal as possible.
Ringer Rule:
This Rule only applies to the Tuesday Co-ed Recreational League.
